Delivery Time: Delivery time is between 5-10 days New Zealand wide.

Free Shipping Promotions: From time to time, we will offer Free Shipping or Free Shipping Threshold promotions. 

These will be shipped as per the above, within New Zealand only, and by our standard courier shipment.

Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns on eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of the order date. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable: Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible.

Late Returns

Any items returned after 14 days of the order date will not be eligible for an exchange.
